How long will your data be stored

E-mail:
E-mail older than 5 years will be deleted unless it is still relevant for the execution of an agreement or resolving a dispute.

Invoices and quotations:
Invoices and quotations are deleted after the legal retention period of 7 years. Until then, your data will remain in our billing system.

Newsletter:
You can remove yourself from our newsletter system at any time.

Your rights
You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by MNZ B.V. (Europe). You also have the right to data portability.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected].

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, MNZ B.V. (Europe) to send you a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. If your request relates to a cookie, I ask you to also send it.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. MNZ B.V. (Europe) would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Camera images
To protect us and our products, we use camera surveillance in and around the warehouse. These camera images will be kept for 30 days and will be deleted after this period, unless the images are necessary for a criminal investigation.

Reporting a data breach
If, despite all precautions, a data breach does occur, MNZ B.V. (Europe) complies with the data breach reporting obligation and we report this breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of discovery.

If you discover a data breach, MNZ B.V. (Europe) kindly notify you as soon as possible, but in any case within 24 hours after you have discovered the leak with MNZ B.V. (Europe) by sending an email to [email protected]. We can then take immediate action.

Liability
This privacy statement only relates to the personal data that MNZ B.V. (Europe) processes for the purposes discussed in this Agreement. MNZ B.V. (Europe) does not accept any responsibility or liability for (the operation and / or content of) websites or services of third parties.

Changes to this statement
The content of this privacy statement can be changed at any time by MNZ B.V. (Europe) to respond to new developments in legislation or regulations or changes within the company.
